Kiiko Matsumoto Japanese Acupuncture: treatments are a collaborative effort between Christine and her patients. During the treatment points will be chosen based off of their ability to change symptoms while the patient is on the table. 
Trigger Point Acupuncture: a physical treatment which releases muscles out of their spasmed state. Developed by Dr. Janet Travell, President John F. Kennedy's doctor, this treatment enables a muscle to let go from a spasmed state. There can be significant relief from pain and Christine has found this to work very well when used in conjunction with Kiiko Matsumoto's style of acupuncture. 
GuaSha: a "scraping" technique done to help combat inflammation and support the immune system
Private yoga: A one on one yoga session catered to the client's needs
Group yoga: Christine is available for group sessions
CHINESE AND JAPANESE KANPO HERBAL MEDICINE: After a thorough exam a personalized formula is prescribed for the patient to take for the appropriate amount of time.
MEDITATION: Christine has been practicing meditation for over 10 years with a background in the Shambhala tradition. She uses meditation, visualization, and breathing techniques to help patients settle into the treatment or tools for home support. 
ESSENTIAL OILS AND AROMATHERAPY: Essential oils have been used for thousands of year for various health ailments. Christine uses the highest quality pure essential oils in various ways in the treatment. She loves educating patients about ways to use them on their own and how to integrate them into their lives.
